Nutrilytical is a new company. We offer Forage Testing as part of the Worldwide Network of Dairy One Laboratories.  We also offer Nutrition Facts panel creation services to the food industry, and consulting services dealing with Food chemistry, processing, and Near Infrared real time process control systems.

Nutrilytical was started by Bruce Marshall, who has worked with Near Infrared (NIR) technology for over a decade.

He has experience in manufacturing and analytical environments in Europe and North America, and has developed and managed NIR calibrations and systems for companies such as Mars Confectionery and Norwest Labs (now Bodycote).

Bruce has Agriculture and Microbiology degrees from the University of Saskatchewan.
